Packaging Machines
- We Control paper pulling, batch cut, wave heating, content filling, paper sensing, speed, count for machine shut down and error detection.
- Paper pulling is controlled by 85BYGH Hybrid Stepping Motor. Stepper driving directly and using SH204D driver.
- Paper select option from dark color I –mark, light color I –mark and plain paper.
- Adjustment facility - paper length, paper pulling speed, batch cut selection, cut timing, wave taming, paper slippage I- mark length, count set for machine shut down.
- Every thing will be displayed in 192* 64 dot matrix graphical display.
- Error detections- I-mark missing, paper movement, paper missing, waving.
Pump Boosters
- Interfacing with ABB drive ASC-500.
- Controls three pumps in Auto mode and Manual mode.
- Pump status and Trip conditions displayed using 16X2 line LCD display.
- Relay output to switch on the contactors.
- GSM module to send SMS about the status of the machine.
- USB port to check out the status of the machine for last thousand changes in operation in Excel sheet.
